Agreeing to these terms

These terms govern your use of mvantrelle.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Booking terms, cancellation and payment are covered by our House Rules and by the written agreement you sign with us. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

What the Site is for

The Site describes our services and lets you contact us. Information on it, including packages, prices, turnaround times and availability, is general and may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A booking exists only when we confirm your date in writing, you sign our agreement and we receive your deposit. Sending an inquiry or scheduling a call does not reserve a date.

Ownership of the Site and our work

The Site, including its design, text, photographs, films, graphics, logos and the names Maison Vantrelle, The Locket, The Heirloom, The Legacy, The Charter, The Archive, The Folio, The Edition, The Anthology and The Understudy, belongs to Maison Vantrelle or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and share its pages or link to it for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, republish, sell, scrape or build on any content without our written permission.

Films shown on the Site may feature clients, venues, music and brands that belong to others. Showing them here grants you no rights in them. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the page, a description of the work and your contact details, and we will review it promptly.

What you send us

When you send an inquiry or message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including contact details for other people. You give us permission to use it to reply to you, plan your project and keep our records, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government identification numbers or health information through the Site.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the Site to break the law, send unwanted or misleading messages, interfere with its security or operation, probe or test its defenses, collect information about others, use automated tools to copy it or impersonate any person or business.

Outside services and links

The Site works with outside services, including Calendly for scheduling, Tally for inquiries, YouTube for film playback and Instagram, and links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranties

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors or harmful components. The Site is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Maison Vantrelle and its owner, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. These limits do not apply to anything the law does not allow us to limit, and they do not change the terms of any signed agreement for our services.

Your responsibility

You agree to be responsible for any claim, loss or cost arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Using the Site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
